The cleanliness of this site is disgusting. They cancelled the Zumba class and made a PT quit due to her feeling bullied. I have been trying to get into contact with this gym for MONTHS I moved from the High Wycombe site in October 2022 as I moved house, they continued to charge me at the previous site's figure £42.95 instead of the £32 per month that this site charges. AVOID like the plague - if you want to be robbed of your money then go to this gym. They are the worst gyms chain and they will not get another penny from me.ĪYLESBURY BRANCH If I could leave a minus star review I would. These people have no compassion nor empathy and only care about your money and the Ringwood chain are a disgrace.
They had the cheek to also request that any where i move to is outside a 15 mile radius of any of their gyms, as i could potentially go to that one, really as I said I'm caring for my partner. I sent them a email from the Nero hospital outlining my partner life threatening illness and date of operation, they the Gym emailed me back still requesting evidence that I had moved away, I had not moved away but simply not using their gym any more as im not in the area. I informed the gym I wish to end my membership they informed me I need proof that I was moving away,but I'm not moving away I'm stay at my partners as her carer. I decide to spend more time looking after my partner and stay at her home. We live over an hour apart, which no where near the gym. My partner has a life threatening illness and need major brain surgery. The Ringwood Gym that I was using have the worst customer care.
